Delivery Policy

Delivery will be made to the shipping address specified through our checkout when you complete your order from our website www.dropezada.com.my.

Should you wish be change the delivery address after goods have been dispatched from our dispatch center, we will require you to cover the delivery charges for the redirection (please note re-direction is only available for goods dispatched via courier). The charges will be the same as the original delivery charge. Please be aware that redirection approval is subject to your order and account status.

1. When will the goods be mailed out?
  • Purchases before 12pm will be shipped on the same day.
  • Purchases after 12pm will be shipped the next day.
2. Expected goods to arrive?
  • Expected goods to arrive within 2-3 business days for West Malaysia and within 7-10 days for East Malaysia and also subject to courier services' terms & conditions. Delivery time will arrive depending on the area of the place to be sent as well.
3. Tracking Number.
  • For those who use SSL (Airwaybill), a tracking number can be found on the SSL.
  • For those who use the normal delivery method, the tracking number will be updated just after the parcel collected or shipped out from warehouse and can be found inside account info in the website.
